REFUNDS:

Requests for refunds will be honored, but must be submitted in writing no less than 30 days prior to the start of the class. Failure to attend the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the entire tuition. Students must attend all course days and successfully pass a written and practical test to receive a course certificate.
