This course is designed to educate and train law
enforcement officers who are the first to respond to life threatening
incidents. Tactics and often initial negotiations necessary to
resolve such incidents are presented and discussed. Providing for the public safety and the
safety of the law enforcement officers during the incident is also
covered. An outline and format is provided that can be used by the
officer. Incident exercises are conducted the last day of instruction.

Equipment Required: Personal Uniform and gear to include,
Handgun, Ballistic Vest, Eye & Ear Protection, 200 rds Handgun Ammo. Shoulder weapon if available and normally deployed, 100
rounds of ammunition.
Instructors: RON FRIGULTI Background:
Former Combat Marine, 25 yrs FBI (Ret.). 17 years as Principal Firearms
Instructor. 15 years FBI SWAT Sniper & Team Leader. FBI, POST, NRA and
Oregon DPSST Certified Firearms Instructor. DEBRA S. FRIGULTI Background: 25 year
veteran of the FBI, with 18 years as a FBI Police and Tactical Firearms
instructor. She served as the Principle Firearms Instructor for a major
field office of the FBI and has provided instruction to law enforcement in
Defensive Tactics, Pistol, rifle, shotgun, and sub-machinegun tactics and
marksmanship. She has instructed in Swat, Sniper, Chemical agent, and
survival courses for over a decade. She has further instructed at police
academies in basic and advanced training.
