This course is designed for law enforcement officers now utilizing
carbines or rifles in their patrol vehicles or as an auxiliary weapon
system. The patrol carbine/rifle provides law enforcement with a weapon
system that can be exceptionally accurate and increases the effective
combat range for law enforcement. The implementation of this weapon
requires training for safe effective utilization.
Course Content:
Safety and handling
Nomenclature and disassembly
Weapon maintenance and cleaning
Fundamentals of carbine/rifle shooting
Position shooting
Ballistics
Reloading and malfunctions
Moving target engagement
Transition to pistol
Carbine accessories
Tuition: $300.00 Per Person/ includes a Course Manual and 3 days
practical application.
Equipment Required: Personal Uniform and gear to include,
Weapons,(Handgun/Shoulder Weapon) Ballistic Vest, Eye & Ear Protection,
100 rds Handgun Ammo, 800 rds Shoulder Weapon Ammo.
Instructor: RON FRIGULTI Background: Ron is a former combat Marine.
25 years as an FBI Special Agent (Ret.). 17 years as Principal Firearms
Instructor. 15 years FBI SWAT Sniper & Team Leader. FBI, POST, NRA, and
Oregon DPSST Certified Firearms Instructor.
